The alumni of the English majors of 1986 returned to our university and set up one-million inspirational fund
On Aug. 20th, the alumni of the English majors of 1986 returned to Lingang campus of our university to commemorate the 30th anniversary of admission with teachers and students of their alma mater, and funded the “1986 English Majors Inspirational Fund”. Jin Yongxing, zhu Yaobin and Prof. Shang Xin attended this event.
In order to support the shipping education, motivating foreign language majors to make further progress, the alumni invested one million yuan to set up the inspirational fund. From 2016, a certain sum of money would be allocated to the university from the fund every year to promote the professional and personal development of foreign language majors.
