In the afternoon of November 17, four people from the School of Foreign Languages of Shanghai Lixin College of Accounting and Finance, including Gu Dehua, Secretary of the Party General Branch, Shao Junhang, Deputy Secretary and Executive Vice President, visited the College of Foreign Languages of our university. Zhu Yaobin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, and Qian Minfang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, warmly welcomed the guests. The two sides had a discussion on Party building and politics, discipline construction, talent training, service, and management.
At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Zhu Yaobin welcomed Mr. Gu and his delegation on behalf of the College, and then introduced the situation of the College in terms of history, development scale, and organizational structure.
Mr. Gu thanked the college for the warm reception and indicated that the purpose of the visit was to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the two colleges and to learn from the experience and successful practices of running schools. It is hoped that the exchange and discussion will broaden the working vision, enhance the ability to solve practical problems and promote the discipline construction and development of the College.
In the subsequent exchange, both sides had in-depth communication and discussion on student employment, curriculum construction, education and teaching management, performance and assessment methods, and implementation of teaching incentive programs.
The visit of the Party and government leaders of the School of Foreign Languages of Shanghai Lixin College of Accounting and Finance has enhanced the communication between the two schools and laid a foundation for further cooperation in the future.
