In order to play the role of party members and do a good job in the class, each branch of the 2019 graduate students in the School of Foreign Languages recently conducted a party day activity on the theme of learning from the speech of the General Secretary, preventing the new pandemic, and preparing for online teaching through online video.
On the afternoon of February 23, the English-Japanese-Chinese 2019 graduate party branch carried out this activity through the video on WeChat group. During the meeting, the members studied the recent speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the meeting of the Politburo and Politburo Standing Committee on pandemic prevention and control, learned about pandemic prevention and control, and exchanged their experiences of participating in community prevention and control work in their hometowns. During the meeting, the party members also exchanged the preparation for online classes and the skills of using various teaching platforms. They said that they should prepare for online classes seriously, respond rationally to possible problems in teaching, cooperate with teachers in teaching, and seize the rare learning opportunities to improve their professional level.
On the afternoon of February 23, the party branch of the 2019 graduate students of external application carried out this activity through QQ video. During the activity, four students, including Guo Jingdi, shared their personal experiences and feelings during the pandemic prevention and control.
On the morning of February 24, the English Translation 2019 Graduate Student Party Branch carried out this thematic party day activity through QQ group video. During the video conference, the party members first studied the spirit of the General Secretary's recent speech, and they believed that the General Secretary's important speech pointed out the direction and provided important guidelines for winning the battle against the pandemic. In his speech, Branch Secretary Ma Yiyao hoped that the party members would consciously do their daily protection work against the pandemic and protect their own health and safety as well as that of their families and that they would learn about their participation in the pandemic prevention and control work in the community.
