In the afternoon of November 29, the College of Foreign Languages held a grass-roots party building business training on Keeping the Beginning, Carrying the Mission in Room 515 of the Foreign Language Building. Ouyang Shu, a member of the organization committee of the college and a counselor of the party building, presided over and gave the lecture, teachers from the student office of the college attended, and members of each student branch and party members participated.
In the training, Mr. Ouyang Shu explained three topics: daily work of branches, theme education and education management of party members, and party member development procedure and material specification. Mr. Ouyang Shu emphasized that each branch should pay attention to the organization and implementation of the theme party day activities, innovate the content and new style, improve the attractiveness and educational effect of the theme party day activities, standardize the record of branch manuals, pay attention to the development of branch plans and twinning work; combined with the requirements of the theme education work, each branch is required to do a good job of review and rectification, the implementation of the requirements to achieve full coverage of the study, learning, thinking and using The school also requires all branches to do a good job of review and rectification, to achieve full coverage of all studies, to learn, think and use, to know, believe and act in unity, to explore long-term and institutionalized forms of thematic education, and to strengthen the education and management of party members. According to the rules of party membership development work formulated by our school in 2019, Mr. Ouyang Shu gave a detailed explanation on each link of party membership development and its requirements, and showed and introduced the forms of each link of materials and their writing norms, pointed out the problems that easily occur in party membership development work, asked each branch to align with the regulations, standardize development, focus on quality, strengthen political standards, look into the details and links that are easy to ignore. In the party membership development work, the quality of the development target and the quality of the materials were both improved.
In his speech, Qian Minfang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the college, expressed his affirmation and gratitude to the efforts made by the party cadres of each branch in the party building work, and put forward new requirements and expectations for the work of each branch, and hoped that they would raise their awareness, level and ability through the exercise in the branch work, and continue to be the backbone of the unit and society after getting out of the campus.
The training combined with the actual grass-roots party building in colleges and universities, combined with theory and examples, rich in content and targeted, raised the awareness of party cadres in each branch to pay attention to party building work, and also clarified the work norms and requirements, laying a good foundation for the work of each branch in the college.
