In the afternoon of November 20, 2019, Guo Changshui and Li Yongming, deputy directors of the Finance Office, led a group of eight persons in charge of various sections to come to our college for exchange and guidance. Zhu Yaobin, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the College, extended a warm welcome to the leaders and teachers of the Finance Department for their exchange and guidance to the College. Secretary Zhu Yaobin pointed out that the financial work of our college has been strictly abiding by the financial system of the university, and we have achieved very good results in the assessment in recent years. We are very grateful to the Finance Department for their careful guidance and strong support to our financial work, and to the teachers of the Finance Department for coming to our college at the end of the year to answer questions and solve problems for our teachers.
During the meeting, Yao Maoying, head of the Expenditure Review and Accounting Section, shared her interpretation of the policies and regulations related to reimbursement, as well as detailed explanations of the problems and precautions easily encountered in reimbursement. Ms. Shen Yan, head of Program Management Section, shared her interpretation of budget-related policies and regulations, introduced the school's budget management model, and gave detailed explanations on the precautions for budget declaration and rules for funding card numbering. Deputy Director Guo Changshui gave an explanation of the latest system regarding the reimbursement of research travel expenses. In the interactive session, Guo Changshui and Li Yongming, the deputy director, explained the teachers' questions one by one and successfully answered their confusions.
The teachers of our college listened carefully to the explanation of the teachers of the Finance Office, and expressed their appreciation for the college's move of inviting financial services into the college and giving answers to their questions. Through the financial service policy lecture, interactive communication, effectively alleviate the college teachers feel the financial reimbursement difficult problem, enhance the understanding and friendship between departments, conducive to the smooth development of our future financial work.
