In the afternoon of October 11, 2019, Zhu Yaobin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Foreign Languages, visited the Japanese Department and had a cordial exchange with the teachers.
At the beginning, Secretary Zhu Yaobin pointed out that the Japanese major is a small language major of the university, and it is inevitable to encounter various hardships in the process of running the school. However, over the years, the teachers of the Department of Japanese have worked hard and made a lot of achievements in teaching, scientific research and international exchange. We hope that through this discussion, we can understand the opinions, suggestions and needs of the teachers of the Japanese Department on the needs of professional schooling, teachers' career planning, performance pay reform and personal difficulties. After that, the teachers of Japanese language department welcomed the visit of Secretary Zhu and expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the leaders for their attention to the work of Japanese language department. The teachers expressed their opinions freely, and Secretary Zhu also responded to their concerns one by one and took detailed records of their proposals.
