At the meeting, Associate Professor Guo Xingrong, who joined the faculty in 2018, made an experience exchange speech from several aspects, such as time planning of the assessment, preliminary accumulation preparation, thesis publication and project application, respectively, in light of his own reality.
In recent years, the college has been concerned about the assessment work of new teachers. In addition to holding regular symposiums, the college also organizes 3-5 expert lectures every semester to provide targeted counseling in the publication of high-level papers and the declaration of projects above the provincial and ministerial level.
